  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
  2. Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined and fluffy
  3. Using a medium bowl, whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet until a dough forms
  5. Fold in the 2 C chocolate chips and 1 C confetti sprinkles
  6. Using a medium ice cream scoop, scoop dough into your hands and roll it into a ball
  7. Place onto the cookie sheets and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes
  8. Allow the cookies to cool completely
  9. Spoon 1 tbsp of the vanilla frosting on top of the cookies and sprinkle some confetti sprinkles on top
  10. Spread the frosting on the top of the cookie
  11. Place a dunkaroo cookie in the center of the frosting (optional).
  12. Enjoy!
